Grouting and (http://maplered.com) Cutting Granite Tile into strips etc

Thanks for your earlier answers about my Granite (http://tanbrown.org) tile Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) s.

My questions now are about grouting and (http://maplered.com) cutting the tile.

Can I apply the grout to be flush with the tile or must I have a concave seam?
If I can leave the grout flush, will there be any issues with the bevels on the tile, such as adhesion, chipping, etc.
If I can't have it flush, will using epoxy glue work for me? (knife or flowing?)

I would like to cut tile into strips to use as the front edge of my Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top. Can I cut a 45 on the top tile and (http://maplered.com) profile tile to avoid having unpolished surfaces show?
Does the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) chip easily?
What blade is recommended? (I see several different styles: Continuous, segmented, wet, dry etc.)

Thanks again,
Tpugh
